Mandi Ngantweni Hewitt and Tom Hewitt, the founders of the Umthombo Street Children project in Durban South Africa, were interviewed today by Simon Mayo on BBC Radio 5 live.
Mandi and Tom are in the UK to promote the work of Umthombo and to help launch 'Now I am a Person'. Like many of the Umthombo team Mandi grew up on the streets and you can hear more of her incredible story in the interview.
